At Blooms of Hope, the process of preparing for your special event is an enjoyable collaboration. We specialize in floral arrangements that have significance to you and your guests: a favorite flower, a seasonal theme, a particular color, or flowers with a specific historical meaning. Whatever it may be, we incorporate your personal style and personality into our design. Whether you would like to be intimately involved in the design process or simply leave it to us, the decision is yours.
The relationships we build with our clients are as important as the superlative arrangements we create. Understanding that each relationship – and each event – is unique, here is an overview of the Blooms of Hope client process:
- Send us an inquiry by using our online contact form. This form provides us with basic information about your event and your floral needs. We require a window of at least two weeks to prepare for your event.
- Blooms of Hope will then contact you to set up an initial consultation. We will also ask you to send us any additional information such as design preferences, themes, colors, inspirational photos, etc.
- At the initial consultation, a designer will sit down with you and discuss each area of your floral needs in detail. In many instances, we will present sample arrangements created from your initial presentation of ideas. Depending on the specifics of your event, we will discuss various pricing options for flower choices, containers, and number of pieces. A working proposal will be created on the spot for you to take home to review.
- Once you have decided to work with Blooms of Hope, an initial deposit of 25% is due along with your signed proposal.
- Discussions will follow via e-mail and phone throughout the remainder of the process.
- You may make changes to the proposal up until 14 days before the event.
- A month or so before the event, Blooms of Hope will contact you to schedule a meeting to finalize all of the details.
- A second deposit of 50% is due 14 days prior to the event.
- On the day of event, the final 25% payment is due upon delivery of all florals.
